Seeking new opportunities announces a state rather than a capability, and puts the reader in the position of being asked for something before they know what you do. Open to work does the same in fewer words. Aspiring product manager claims an intention and any reader can tell.
None of these is dishonest. They are just weak, because they describe your situation instead of your usefulness.
What to write instead
Your discipline, stated as a fact: Supply chain analyst. It is true whether or not anyone is currently paying you for it, it is what the reader needs to know, and it does not raise your employment status as a topic.
If you want to signal availability, one short line below does it without apology: Available immediately. That is information a recruiter can act on, unlike a statement that you are seeking opportunities.
Which email address
A personal address on a normal provider, with a professional local part. If your long-standing address is a nickname from twenty years ago, make a new one for applications — it takes ten minutes and it removes a question about judgement that you cannot answer once it has been asked.
Never use a current employer's address to apply for a job elsewhere. It is visible to their systems, and it puts a recruiter in an uncomfortable position before they have read anything.
The one link
A professional profile or a portfolio, whichever a reader in your field would actually open. One, not both, and only if it is current — an outdated profile found through your own signature is worse than no link, because you sent them there.
Check the link in a private browsing window. Profiles that look complete when you are signed in are sometimes largely hidden to a stranger.
The phone number is not optional here
In every other context you can reasonably leave it out. Why plain text is the right choice here
Applicant tracking systems parse incoming mail and many strip HTML entirely or convert it badly. A four-line text signature under 500 bytes arrives intact through every one of them, with no image to be blocked and no table to be flattened into a run of words.
This is one of the few contexts where the plain version is not a compromise: the systems reading your message prefer it.
Keeping the link honest
Open your profile link in a private browsing window before you put it in the signature. Profiles that look complete while you are signed in are often largely hidden to a stranger, and a recruiter who clicks through to a nearly empty page has learned something you did not intend to tell them.
Check it again each time you update the profile. A link you added six months ago and have not opened since is a risk you are carrying for no reason.
